About the Writer:
Umaira Ahmed is the famous Pakistani author and screenwriter who were born on 10 December 1976 in Sialkot. She has won the various awards for her famous drama serials and books. She has emerged with the best writer ever with the publications like Peer-e-kamil and Lahasil. She is well-known for her writings and books that keeps the readers bound with her in a unique way. She began the career of her writing at the age of 22 in 1988 with the initial stories in Urdu monthly digests. She has written many books that range from complete long novels to the compilation of short stories and she has made much respect in the heart of thousands of readers and fans.
Personal Life:
Umera Ahmed has done Masters in English literature. She became an English lecturer in army public college of Sialkot for the students of O and A levels. But left the job after few months for full devotional writing and never look back. Her first publication was Zindagi Gulzar hai and when she submitted it to the monthly digest, it became a hit. Then she wrote other stories and that leads to the starting of her writing career.

She is very much inspired by the civil services and her much stories and books have civil servants as main characters. Umera Ahmed mostly writings are based on life experiences. She had a belief that there is a story in everyone’s life and you can find a story anywhere. She has inspired to write as she loves fiction writing while being more creative and likes to give advices on relationships through her novels.
