The Alexandria Link is Steve Berry’s fifth published novel and was released in 2007. This thriller book is based on the mystery of the ancient Library of Alexandria. The story of the book is based on fact and fiction; the novel received mixed responses from readers. It is the most important collection of ancient knowledge ever assembled. The book starts in Palestine in 1948, just as the state of Israel was being established. During the Israel’s war of independence, a man is captured by Arab soldiers and taken to George Haddad who is surprised to find that this man is actually looking for his father and has some hidden truth to share. He mentioned that Arabs are fighting a war that is unnecessary, against an enemy that is misinformed.

About Steve Berry:

Steve Berry was born on 1995 and he is an American author, professor and former attorney currently living in St. Augustine, Florida. He is a graduate of Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of law. He is also a founding member of international thriller writers which consists of a group more than 3,000 thriller writers from around the world. He was first appeared in print with his historical thrillers The Amber Room and The Romanov Prophecy in 2003 and 2004. Berry’s novels have earned popularity on The New York Times, USA Today, Publishers weekly and booksense best seller lists. He has more than 20 million books in print which have been translated into 40 languages and sold in 51 countries. He gained Royden B. Davis Distinguished author Award, the 2013 Barnes and Noble writers for writer’s award given by Poets and writers. A 2010 NPR survey named The Templar legacy, a novel was written by Steve Berry was one of the top 100 thrillers ever written.
